  5. Black Belt term Paper: 250 word essay What philosophy do you have in your life and your TaeKwonDo future? It should contain "What the new rank of Black Belt means to you?"
  6. Breaking Technique: After getting advise and permission from your instructor, you may perform any breaking technique that you have never formed before.
  7. Prerequisites:
    Must have attended a two-day or five-day seminar
    Must have accumulated no less than 25 hours of coaching or assistance to the instructor
    Must have appeared before an appointed USCDK Black Belt Reviewing Board (Pre-Testing)
    Must have participated in no less than three exhibitions
    Must have competed in or placed on an organizational committee of at least three tournaments.
    Must submit an official USCDK Portfolio, complete with all past TaeKwonDo activities and all your contributions to the success of your school and this association.
